• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with lead authorship of technical documents
• Ability to validate and accurately analyze information and make sound decisions.
• Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, management, and vendors to successfully meet shifting needs.
• Ability to manage risks and safety appropriately, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Effectiveness in resource planning, results delivery, and staying current with relevant technology and innovation.
• Strong ethics and leadership qualities.
• Customer focused with the ability to understand and appropriately respond to clients’ business needs.
• Ability to work well under pressure, and to prioritize and balance workloads to achieve goals while keeping up with a highly mobile and changing environment.
• Possess a diverse skill set in multiple environmental disciplines and have a passion for lifelong learning.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, and the ability to work in the field for long hours in all weather conditions.
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license required.

Education and Experience

Bachelor of Science Degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Master of Science Degree in biology, wildlife, ecology, or related biological field and 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
